Last Updated: 08/02/2026
Welcome to Signex. By accessing or using the Signex platform, website, smart contracts, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Platform Overview
Signex is a non-custodial peer-to-peer (P2P) protocol that enables users to exchange digital assets directly between blockchain wallets using smart contracts and cryptographic signatures.
Signex does not:
Hold user funds
Act as a broker or intermediary
Provide escrow custody services
Guarantee trade completion or value stability
All trades occur directly between users through blockchain transactions.
2. Non-Custodial Nature
Signex never takes possession, custody, or control of user assets.
All trades are executed through smart contracts deployed on supported blockchain networks. Users maintain full control of their wallets and private keys at all times.
Users are solely responsible for:
Managing wallet access
Verifying transaction details
Securing private keys
Approving blockchain transactions
Loss of private keys or wallet access cannot be recovered by Signex.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Signex, you agree that you:
Are solely responsible for verifying trade counterparties

Accept risks associated with digital assets
Will comply with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction

4. P2P Fiat Transactions
Signex may be used by users coordinating fiat-to-crypto trades independently.
Signex:
Does not process fiat payments
Does not mediate fiat disputes
Does not verify payment completion
Is not a money transmission service
Any fiat payment arrangements occur entirely outside the Platform and are the sole responsibility of users.
5. Smart Contract Risk
The Platform relies on open blockchain smart contracts. While efforts may be made to improve security, users acknowledge:
Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities
Blockchain networks may experience failures or congestion
Digital assets may lose value or liquidity
Transactions cannot be reversed once executed
Users accept full responsibility for interacting with smart contracts.
6. Fees
Signex may charge protocol fees on executed trades.
Fees, if applicable:
Are transparently displayed before transaction execution
May change in future protocol versions
Are collected automatically via smart contracts
Users remain responsible for blockchain network gas fees.

Signex does not provide:
Investment advice

All decisions are made independently by users.
