Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 08/02/2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Signex handles information when users access or interact with the Platform.

1. Data Philosophy

Signex is designed to minimize user data collection. The Platform operates using blockchain wallet authentication rather than traditional account systems.

2. Information Collected

Wallet Information

When users interact with Signex, the Platform may process:

  • Public wallet addresses

  • Trade signatures generated by users

  • Trade metadata required for order coordination

Wallet addresses are publicly visible on blockchains and are not created or controlled by Signex.

Trade Coordination Data

Signex may store limited trade-related data using backend infrastructure such as Supabase, including:

  • Signed trade messages

  • Trade status information

  • Counterparty wallet addresses

  • Trade expiration timestamps

This data is used solely to coordinate peer-to-peer trade discovery and execution.

Third-Party Service Data

Signex integrates with external services to enhance functionality. These services may independently process data according to their own privacy policies. Examples include:

  • Blockchain RPC providers

  • Token and NFT metadata providers

  • Wallet connection providers

Signex does not control third-party data practices.

3. Data Not Collected

Signex does not intentionally collect:

  • Personal identity information

  • Email addresses

  • Phone numbers

  • Government identification

  • IP address logs

  • Financial account information

  • Private keys or seed phrases

Users must never share private keys with any platform or service.

4. Data Usage

Stored data is used only for:

  • Displaying active trades

  • Facilitating trade execution

  • Preventing signature replay in platform interfaces

  • Improving platform reliability

Signex does not sell or rent user data.

5. Blockchain Transparency

Blockchain transactions are publicly visible and immutable. Information submitted to blockchain networks cannot be deleted or modified by Signex.

Users acknowledge that blockchain data may be accessible by anyone.

6. Data Security

Signex uses reasonable technical measures to protect stored trade coordination data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Users remain responsible for securing their wallets and devices.

7. Data Retention

Trade coordination data may be stored temporarily for platform functionality and may be removed or archived after trade expiration or completion.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Signex may use basic browser storage mechanisms necessary for platform functionality. Signex does not use behavioral advertising tracking systems.

9. User Rights

Because Signex collects minimal personal data, most user privacy rights relate directly to blockchain wallet usage rather than platform accounts.

Users may stop interacting with Signex at any time.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of updates.
